Albert Schweitzer, who is a famous missionary physician and humanitarian has defined ethics as “our concern for good behavior. Here, what happens is that we begin to feel an obligation to consider not just our personal well being but to go beyond that and start to think of other people’s well being as well. This concept and meaning is similar to the precept of the Golden Rule – Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.
